XQuickChat Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules and conditions that apply when you create an account or use XQuickChat.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using XQuickChat, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use XQuickChat.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You must be at least 14 years old to use XQuickChat. Users under 18 may use XQuickChat subject to applicable laws and any additional requirements that apply to younger users.
You must provide truthful information and must not misrepresent your age to bypass applicable requirements.
3. Your XQuickChat Account
You may create one XQuickChat account per email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not create or use an account in a way that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
4. Account Information
When creating an account, XQuickChat may require your name, username, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
5. Password and Account Security
You must keep your password confidential and should use reasonable security practices to protect your account.

6. User Content
XQuickChat allows you to create and share content including photos, videos, stories, profile pictures, posts, comments, and messages.
You remain responsible for the content you choose to upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through XQuickChat.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to share content that you upload or publish.
7. Content Rules
You must not use XQuickChat to upload, publish, transmit, promote, or distribute content or activity that violates applicable law, these Terms, or our Community Guidelines.
Prohibited activity includes, among other things, illegal activity, harassment or bullying, hate speech, spam, impersonation, scams or fraud, sexually explicit content, and other abusive or harmful conduct.
You are responsible for respecting the privacy, intellectual-property rights, and other lawful rights of other people.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You should only upload or share content when you have the necessary rights or permission to do so.
If you believe content on XQuickChat infringes your copyright or other applicable rights, you may contact us at xquickchat@gmail.com with relevant information so that we can review the matter.
9. Public and Private Accounts
Public Accounts
Content and profile information that you choose to make public may be visible to other XQuickChat users.
Private Accounts
Private accounts provide additional controls over who can access certain account content, including through follower approval settings. You remain responsible for what you choose to share with approved followers.
10. Messaging and Communications
XQuickChat provides direct messaging and other communication features.
Messages are protected using encryption during transmission and while stored. Private conversations are intended to remain accessible only to the participating users, subject to the reporting and safety processes described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use messaging features for harassment, spam, scams, threats, illegal activity, or other prohibited conduct.
11. Reporting, Blocking and Safety
XQuickChat provides reporting and blocking features to help users manage unwanted interactions and report potentially violating content.
Blocking a user is designed to stop direct communication and connections between the blocked account and your account.
Reported content may be accessed by authorized XQuickChat administration when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, protect users, enforce these Terms, or address abuse.
12. Moderation and Enforcement
XQuickChat may take action when it determines that an account or content violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Possible actions may include a warning, content removal, a temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Temporary suspensions may include periods such as 1 day, 7 days, or 14 days. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
We may also take protective action where necessary to address spam, abuse, security threats, fraud, or other harmful activity.
13. Appeals
If you believe an account action was taken incorrectly, you may contact XQuickChat support at xquickchat@gmail.com. We may review the information available to us and determine whether an action should be changed.
14. Account Deletion
You may delete your XQuickChat account using the account functionality provided by the platform.
Following an account deletion request, XQuickChat aims to permanently delete associated personal data within approximately 7–14 days, subject to applicable legal, security, dispute-resolution, backup, or other legitimate retention requirements.
15. Third-Party Services
XQuickChat relies on third-party services and infrastructure providers to operate parts of the platform. These may include MongoDB Atlas, Cloudinary, Brevo, Vercel, Render, Upstash Redis, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Your use of XQuickChat may therefore involve interactions with services operated by third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply to those services.
16. Availability and Changes to the Service
XQuickChat may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We may perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, reliability, performance, or legal compliance.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
17. Future Features and Paid Services
XQuickChat may introduce advertising, subscriptions, creator monetization, or other paid or monetized features in the future. Additional terms, pricing information, or consent requirements may apply when such features are introduced.
No future paid feature is included in these Terms unless it is expressly made available to you.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how XQuickChat collects, uses, stores, protects, and otherwise processes information in connection with the service.
By using XQuickChat, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimer
XQuickChat is provided subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every possible threat, or available at every time.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XQuickChat and its operator will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of the service to the extent such liability may lawfully be limited.
This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service changes, new features are introduced, our policies change, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page. The Last Updated date will indicate when the Terms were most recently updated. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
23. Applicable Law and International Users
XQuickChat is operated from India and may be accessed internationally. These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory rights in the jurisdiction relevant to the user.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where a specific jurisdiction imposes mandatory requirements, those requirements will apply to the extent required by law.
