XQuickChat Safety & Reporting Policy

This policy explains how users can report concerns, block accounts, request reviews, and understand XQuickChat's safety and moderation processes.

Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 1, 2026

1. Our Safety Approach

XQuickChat is designed to provide a social environment where users can communicate, share content, and connect with others. We use reporting, blocking, moderation, and security measures to help protect users and maintain the platform.

Safety decisions may depend on the circumstances, available information, applicable law, and the seriousness or repetition of the reported behavior.

2. What You Can Report

Users may report content or behavior that they believe violates XQuickChat's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

  • User accounts
  • Posts and other shared content
  • Videos
  • Stories
  • Comments
  • Direct messages or other supported communications
  • Spam, scams, or suspicious activity
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Other content or behavior that may violate platform rules

3. How to Report

Use the reporting functionality available within XQuickChat when possible. Provide accurate information about the issue and select the category that best describes the concern.

Submitting false or intentionally abusive reports may itself violate our platform rules.

4. Review of Reports

Reports may be reviewed by authorized XQuickChat administration.

To investigate a report, protect users, or enforce platform rules, authorized administration may access information or reported content that is reasonably necessary for the review.

XQuickChat does not promise that every report will result in a specific enforcement action. Actions depend on the circumstances and the information available.

5. Private Messages and Safety Reports

Private messages are intended to remain accessible to the participating users. However, when a message or conversation is reported, authorized XQuickChat administration may access the reported content when reasonably necessary to investigate the report, protect users, or enforce platform rules.

Messages are protected using encryption during transmission and while stored.

6. Blocking

Users can use the blocking feature to stop direct interaction with another account.

When you block another user, XQuickChat is designed to stop direct communication and connections between the blocked account and your account.

Blocking does not necessarily delete previously created content or information that must be retained for security, moderation, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

7. Prohibited Safety-Related Conduct

XQuickChat does not allow conduct that threatens the safety or rights of users or others.

  • Illegal activity
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Threats and intimidation
  • Hate or abusive conduct
  • Scams, fraud, and phishing
  • Sexually explicit or exploitative content
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Doxxing or misuse of private information
  • Spam and abusive automation
  • Impersonation intended to deceive
  • Other harmful or prohibited conduct

8. Moderation Actions

When XQuickChat determines that content or behavior violates our rules, we may take one or more enforcement actions.

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • 1-day suspension
  • 7-day suspension
  • 14-day suspension
  • Permanent account suspension or termination

Repeated or serious violations may result in stronger action, including permanent termination.

9. Urgent Safety Concerns

If you believe content or behavior presents an immediate risk of serious harm, use the available reporting functionality and provide clear, accurate information so that the issue can be reviewed.

XQuickChat is not an emergency service. If you are facing an immediate real-world emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or a trusted person in your area.

10. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken incorrectly, you may contact XQuickChat at xquickchat@gmail.com and request a review.

We may review the information available to us and determine whether an action should be changed.

11. Account Deletion and Safety Records

Users may delete their XQuickChat accounts using the available account functionality.

XQuickChat aims to permanently delete associated personal data within approximately 7–14 days after an account deletion request, subject to applicable legal, security, dispute-resolution, backup, or other legitimate retention requirements.

Information associated with reports, security investigations, or legal obligations may be retained where necessary.

12. Protecting Your Own Account

Use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials private.

Do not share password-reset verification codes with other people.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact xquickchat@gmail.com as soon as possible.

13. Good-Faith Reporting

Reporting tools should be used responsibly. Do not intentionally submit false reports to harass, intimidate, or unfairly target another user.

XQuickChat may take action against abuse of reporting or other safety systems.

14. Changes to This Policy

XQuickChat may update this Safety & Reporting Policy as features, safety systems, risks, or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed when appropriate.
