Your password is not stored as plain text. Passwords are processed using password hashing technology.

XQuickChat currently allows one account per email address.

We do not require your date of birth to create an account.

1.2 Profile Information

• Other information you voluntarily choose to publish on your profile

You control what information and content you choose to publish through your account, subject to your account settings and our Terms of Service.

XQuickChat provides private messaging functionality.

Messages are protected using encryption during transmission and while stored.

Private messages are intended to be accessible only to the users participating in the conversation.

However, if a message or conversation is reported through XQuickChat's reporting system, authorized XQuickChat administration may access the reported content when reasonably necessary to investigate the report, protect users, enforce our rules, or address abuse.

XQuickChat does not routinely monitor private conversations.

7. Password Reset and Verification Codes

XQuickChat provides a password-reset system using email verification codes.

• Expired or used verification codes are invalidated.
• Password-reset emails are delivered through our email service provider.

XQuickChat currently uses Brevo to deliver password-reset emails.

Never share a verification code with another person.

8. Photos, Videos and Media

When you upload supported media to XQuickChat, the media may be processed and stored through our media infrastructure.

XQuickChat currently uses Cloudinary for media storage and delivery.

Content you intentionally publish may remain available for as long as your account or the relevant content remains active.

Stories are designed to automatically expire after approximately 24 hours.

When you delete supported content, we aim to remove it immediately from the active XQuickChat service. Certain technical backups, security records, or information that must be retained for legitimate or legal purposes may remain for a limited period where applicable.

9. Public and Private Accounts

XQuickChat supports both public and private accounts.

Public Accounts

Depending on the feature, information and content published through a public account may be visible to other users.

Private Accounts

Private accounts allow users to control access to certain content through their follower/approval settings.

Information that is intentionally made visible to approved followers may be accessed by those followers.

You should consider carefully what you choose to share even when using a private account.

10. Following, Followers and Online Information

XQuickChat provides social features such as:

• Direct messaging

Certain account information may be visible to other users depending on your account status, relationship with another user, and the feature being used.

When you block another XQuickChat user, XQuickChat is designed to stop direct interaction and communication between the blocked account and your account.

Blocking may affect messaging, profile interaction, and other connections between the accounts.

Blocking does not necessarily erase information that was previously created, reported, or retained for legitimate security or legal purposes.
