XQuickChat Community Guidelines
Our guidelines help keep XQuickChat respectful, safe, and useful for everyone.
1. Our Community
XQuickChat is designed to help people communicate, share content, discover people, and build connections. These Community Guidelines explain the types of behavior and content that are not allowed on the platform.
These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, videos, stories, comments, direct messages, and other supported areas of XQuickChat.
2. Illegal Activity
Do not use XQuickChat to promote, organize, facilitate, encourage, or participate in illegal activity.
Content or behavior that violates applicable law may be removed and may result in account restrictions or termination.
3. Sexual or Explicit Content
Sexually explicit or pornographic content is not allowed on XQuickChat.
Do not use XQuickChat to request, share, promote, or distribute sexually explicit material.
4. Harassment and Bullying
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or targeted abuse are prohibited.
Do not repeatedly contact, insult, threaten, humiliate, or target another person in a way that is intended to cause harm or distress.
5. Hate and Abusive Conduct
Hate speech and abusive conduct directed at people or groups are prohibited.
Do not use XQuickChat to promote hostility, dehumanization, or abuse against people based on protected or other personal characteristics.
6. Spam and Platform Abuse
Spam is prohibited. This includes excessive unsolicited messages, repetitive content, artificial engagement, or behavior intended to disrupt the experience of other users.
Do not attempt to manipulate XQuickChat's systems, limits, engagement signals, or other platform functionality.
7. Bots and Automation
Do not use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated systems to abuse, overload, manipulate, or circumvent XQuickChat's functionality or limits.
Security, testing, or automation that is explicitly authorized by XQuickChat may be treated differently.
8. Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, organization, creator, or public figure in a way that is intended to deceive or mislead others.
Do not create accounts designed to falsely represent another person's identity.
9. Scams and Fraud
Scams, fraud, phishing, deceptive schemes, and attempts to steal money, credentials, or personal information are prohibited.
Do not use XQuickChat to mislead users about products, services, identities, transactions, or opportunities.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect other people's privacy.
Do not publish, distribute, or misuse another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate authorization.
Users are responsible for considering the privacy consequences of information they choose to share.
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Do not upload or distribute content that you do not have the necessary rights or permission to use.
If you share someone else's work, make sure you have the appropriate rights or authorization. Repeated or serious infringement may result in content removal or account action.
12. Dangerous or Harmful Content
Do not use XQuickChat to encourage or facilitate conduct that could seriously harm people or put others at unreasonable risk.
Content involving dangerous activities or challenges may be restricted when it promotes harmful behavior, encourages participation, or creates a serious safety risk.
13. Child and Young User Safety
XQuickChat requires users to be at least 14 years old.
Users must not sexually exploit, groom, threaten, manipulate, or otherwise abuse children or young users.
Any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
14. Reporting Content or Users
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these guidelines, use the available reporting tools where possible.
Reports may be reviewed by authorized XQuickChat administration. Reported content may be accessed when necessary to investigate the report, protect users, or enforce platform rules.
15. Blocking
Use the blocking feature when you do not want to communicate or interact with another user.
Blocking is designed to stop direct communication and connections between the accounts.
16. Enforcement
XQuickChat may take action when content or behavior violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Possible actions include:
- Warning
- Content removal
- 1-day suspension
- 7-day suspension
- 14-day suspension
- Permanent account termination
Repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement, including permanent termination.
17. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was incorrect, you may contact XQuickChat at xquickchat@gmail.com and request a review.
We may review the information available to us and determine whether an action should be changed.
18. Good-Faith Use of the Platform
Do not intentionally exploit reporting, blocking, moderation, or other safety systems to harass or unfairly target another user.
Use XQuickChat responsibly and help maintain a respectful environment for the community.
19. Updates to These Guidelines
XQuickChat may update these Community Guidelines as the platform develops, new risks appear, or applicable requirements change.
